1. Definitions

Single Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one aec356 account. aec356's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their aec356 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
